This Colombian national regulation is Resolucion Numero 4506 de 2013, issued by the Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social and dated 30 October 2013. The rule establishes maximum contaminant levels in foods and raw materials for foods intended for human consumption throughout Colombia.
