This Colombian national regulation is Resolucion Numero 4506 de 2013, issued by the Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social and dated 30 October 2013. The rule establishes maximum contaminant levels in foods and raw materials for foods intended for human consumption throughout Colombia.

The table sets maximum levels for arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium, and tin in natural mineral waters, food-grade salt, milk, infant formula, meats and offal, cereals and legumes, vegetables, fruits, juices, canned products, and canned infant dietary foods. Arsenic and mercury are not speciated in the table, so HMI records them as tAs and tHg. The tin section is headed “Estano”; the source’s definitions describe inorganic tin, but the regulatory register species vocabulary records the row as Sn.
Values are recorded in data/evidence/regulatory_limits.csv in ug/kg, converted from the source’s mg/kg or mg/L values by multiplying by 1000. The source footnotes are retained in row notes where they affect basis: infant formula lead refers to ready-to-consume product, fruit and vegetable rows apply after washing and edible-part separation, and the canned infant dietary food tin row refers to the marketed product. The cadmium table also prints rows 12.14 and 12.15 for natural mineral water and salt with values that duplicate the mercury water/salt values already printed in rows 10.1 and 10.2; HMI records that source-internal conflict in data/evidence/regulatory-ingest-gaps.csv and does not load those two duplicate cadmium rows.
