40 CFR Part 503 sets pollutant limits for sewage sludge use or disposal. Cumulative and annual pollutant loading rates, and surface-disposal tables, are gap-logged because they are area-loading or disposal-site limits rather than product concentration ceilings for land-applied biosolids.
