QCVN 8-2:2011/BYT sets maximum limits for arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, methylmercury, and tin contamination in foods. The English local PDF provides clean tables in mg/kg or mg/l and method references for heavy-metal testing. HMI records the table rows and treats unspecified arsenic as total arsenic and unspecified mercury as total mercury.
