This Moroccan joint order, published in the official translation edition of Bulletin Officiel No. 7136, replaces the annex to Joint Order No. 1643-16 on maximum authorized contaminant limits in primary products and food products. Its Annex III sets maximum levels for lead, cadmium, total mercury, inorganic tin, inorganic arsenic, and total arsenic across infant formula, baby foods, fish and seafood, grains, produce, oils and fats, supplements, salt, canned foods, and other food categories. Values are stated in mg/kg in the annex and are loaded into the regulatory limits register as µg/kg. The source also contains non-metal contaminant schedules, but this ingest captures only the controlled metal species in Annex III.
