Maryland’s Technical Authority for Cannabis Testing defines contaminant action limits for cannabis and states that it has the force and effect of law for independent testing laboratories and licensees. Tables 10 and 11 list action limits for heavy metals by route and product class. Arsenic and mercury are not speciated; chromium is listed as Cr and loaded as total chromium.
