Article 125 sets a numeric arsenic impurity cap for metals in contact with foods and raw materials, while Article 160 sets maximum levels for inorganic arsenic, cadmium, and tin in listed food categories. A combined impurity cap for several metals considered together is gap-logged because it cannot be assigned to a single HMI metal species.
