This Singapore subsidiary legislation implements the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive requirements for cosmetic products. The Third Schedule controls permitted colourants, preservatives, ultraviolet filters, and prohibited substances. For carbon black colourant CI 77266 and carbon black nano, the schedule gives an impurity profile that includes total arsenic, total lead, and total mercury limits. General prohibited-metal entries are not loaded as numeric rows because they do not state a concentration.
