The internal lot number is printed as 2028-080, while every other report in the series uses 2025-nnn; the values are not affected. Ledger rows MBS-0150 to MBS-0153.
Methods (brief)
The unit was sent to the laboratory with an anonymised sample description and an internal lot number, and the report was annotated with the product name afterwards.
