This official-gazette source publishes Guyana’s Fisheries (Products) Regulations 2023. The regulations were made under the Fisheries Act and published in the Official Gazette, Legal Supplement B, on 29 July 2023. Regulation 3 designates the Veterinary Public Health Unit of the Ministry of Health as the competent authority for enforcement.

The source does not specify methylmercury for the mercury rows, so HMI records mercury as tHg. The arsenic row in the generic ppb table does not specify inorganic arsenic, so HMI records it as tAs. Schedule Four later gives performance criteria that mention inorganic tin, but Table 1 does not set an inorganic-tin maximum residue limit; that non-routeable tin mention is recorded in data/evidence/regulatory-ingest-gaps.csv.
Values are recorded in data/evidence/regulatory_limits.csv in ug/kg. The ppm values are converted as 1 ppm = 1 mg/kg = 1000 ug/kg; the ppb values are converted as 1 ppb = 1 ug/kg.
