The 4-1-2023 edition of 21 CFR Part 74 lists color additives subject to certification. HMI records direct metal impurity specifications for certified color additives across food, drug, cosmetic, and medical-device subparts. Cross-referenced color-additive lake provisions are not expanded unless the numeric metal specification is restated directly in the local PDF.
