Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1513 adds REACH Annex XVII entry 72 and Appendix 12 for CMR substances in clothing, related accessories, textiles with clothing-like skin contact, and footwear for consumer use. Appendix 12 includes 1 mg/kg after-extraction limits for cadmium, chromium VI, arsenic, and lead compounds, expressed as the extracted metal. These four metal rows are routeable to the standards register.
