Methods (brief)

The listed endpoints include survival, development, swimming behavior and biochemical markers. The authors report no survival or developmental effects at the tested levels. Catalase and cholinesterase activities increased with the antibiotic and decreased with cadmium. Increased zigzag and high-speed swimming is specifically described for antibiotic-exposed larvae.
