Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/628 amends REACH Annex XVII entry 63 for lead and its compounds in articles supplied to the general public that may be placed in the mouth by children. It sets a 0.05 percent by-weight lead concentration threshold for such articles or accessible parts, with an alternative release-rate demonstration and named exemptions. The content thresholds are routeable to regulatory_limits.csv; the surface-release alternative is gap-logged because it is not an ug/kg mass-fraction value.
