Status
Project Resolution 07/23 remained in internal consultation among Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay in the official August 2025 SGT No. 3 record. It is not treated as binding law.
Intended relationship
The project is framed as a replacement for MERCOSUR Resolutions GMC 12/11 and 18/21. That intended repeal has not been applied to HMI’s active register because the project has not been verified as adopted.
Numerical treatment
No proposed value is loaded into regulatory_limits.csv, and no proposal can bind a compiled standard. The existing MERCOSUR contaminant rows remain separately traceable until an adopted instrument establishes a legal transition.
