The Combined Compendium of Food Additive Specifications consolidates all specifications monographs adopted by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives from its 1st meeting (1956) through its 65th meeting (2005), published as FAO JECFA Monographs Volume 1.
