This Government of Canada consolidation defines several consumer-product categories containing lead, including mouth-contact products, children’s clothing and accessories, children’s learning or play products, certain children’s printed products, and products for sleep, relaxation, hygiene, carrying, or transport of children under four. It sets a 90 mg/kg lead content limit for accessible parts and a conditional exception where lead is essential and the part does not release more than 90 mg/kg lead. The routeable register row captures the accessible-part content limit.
