Each page carries a structured contamination profile in frontmatter that the future consumer app will consume directly. Ingredient-level values belong on these pages; finished-product values belong on product-category pages.

Ingredients are grouped by commodity type. Each group links to a category page listing every ingredient in it alphabetically, with the number of curated sources behind each entry. A low or zero count marks an evidence gap, not an error.
